• Lead and execute on-site commissioning activities across mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, lighting, and controls systems • Support the Commissioning Agent / Lead, while independently running field commissioning for assigned systems and scopes • Develop and maintain commissioning documentation, including Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), Basis of Design (BOD), and Commissioning Plans, in coordination with the Commissioning Agent and project teams • Develop and execute pre-functional and functional performance testing, with emphasis on field execution and verification • Perform hands-on testing of complex systems and integrated system operations • Commission systems such as VAV, VRF, hydronic systems, domestic water, fire protection interfaces, emergency power, lighting controls, and BAS-integrated systems • Identify deficiencies in the field, clearly document issues, and work directly with contractors, TAB firms, and controls vendors to drive resolution • Lead or participate in field meetings, startups, and testing coordination • Verify corrective actions on-site and confirm systems perform as intended • Serve as the primary commissioning presence in the field, communicating results to owners, contractors, and project teams • Maintain accurate field documentation, issue logs, test records, and close-out documentation • Perform quality control of your own work and ensure compliance with established QA/QC procedures

• Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Proposals in the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timely completion and submission of high-quality proposals that align with company objectives and client requirements. • Partner with the Senior Manager, Proposals to gather relevant information and develop tailored, persuasive proposals with our cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and technical experts. • Complete proposal templates set up and insert boilerplate content to streamline the proposal process reducing the time and effort required to develop proposals. • Maintain and expand the RFP response database, ensuring that all content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging. • Support special projects as needed, including but not limited to marketing collateral and white papers to support the proposal and sales process. • Other duties as assigned.

• Helping our supporters grow in the virtue of generosity by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio or prospects • Scheduling in-person meetings with donor prospects and making direct asks for immediate and long-term funding support • Deepening relationships with existing donors by sharing the incredible impact our organization is having on the culture of the Church and the world • Significant travel will be required to visit prospects and donors • Spending a high percentage of your time in virtual meetings and on the phone educating, cultivating, and stewarding prospects and donors • Tracking your activity in our customer relationship management (CRM) system • Working with the Development team to achieve fundraising goals
