• Ultimately responsible for projects based either upon a region, project type, client type, or specific client. • Responsible for empowering your direct reports, typically Team Leads and Discipline Leads, and encouraging your professional growth. • Leads critical/emerging sectors within HFA. • Responsible for developing uniformly high production standards and monitoring projects to ensure quality and production standards are met for all design and contract documents. • Must be thoroughly familiar with entire project process and should possess managerial capability to lead and direct activities of all project-team personnel while monitoring technical production on all projects to ensure adherence to quality standards at high productivity. • Will work in unison with other Sr Team Leads and Executives to ensure the company is working as a single enterprise, upholding HFA Culture Code, Purpose, and Shared Values. • Must possess strong financial and business understanding and possess the ability to accurately state the financials of your area of business. • Provides guidance and input to Team Lead to determine team structure and talent needs. • Participates in Marketing and Business Development in conjunction with Executives, the Brand & Marketing team, and the Client Partnerships team.
Commissioning Specialist II

• Lead and execute on-site commissioning activities across mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, lighting, and controls systems • Support the Commissioning Agent / Lead, while independently running field commissioning for assigned systems and scopes • Develop and maintain commissioning documentation, including Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), Basis of Design (BOD), and Commissioning Plans, in coordination with the Commissioning Agent and project teams • Develop and execute pre-functional and functional performance testing, with emphasis on field execution and verification • Perform hands-on testing of complex systems and integrated system operations • Commission systems such as VAV, VRF, hydronic systems, domestic water, fire protection interfaces, emergency power, lighting controls, and BAS-integrated systems • Identify deficiencies in the field, clearly document issues, and work directly with contractors, TAB firms, and controls vendors to drive resolution • Lead or participate in field meetings, startups, and testing coordination • Verify corrective actions on-site and confirm systems perform as intended • Serve as the primary commissioning presence in the field, communicating results to owners, contractors, and project teams • Maintain accurate field documentation, issue logs, test records, and close-out documentation • Perform quality control of your own work and ensure compliance with established QA/QC procedures
Electrical Designer II

• Work with Electrical Engineer and/or Electrical Design lead to communicate with client • Deliver completed construction documents • Assist in construction administration as required for most project types • Develop, implement, and draft construction documents for most project types • Solve medium to difficult design challenges • Apply knowledge of NEC and other national standards to simple projects • Select lighting systems and controls for simple projects • Collaborate with Architects and other Engineers to develop construction documents based on clients' requirements
