Job Requirements
- Experience of leading a marketing team of 2+ people.
- Excellent knowledge of integrated brand marketing processes including brand management and development.
- A proven track record crafting and implementing multichannel brand marketing strategies.
- Experience in developing and managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience across audience research and supporter journeys.
- Excellent ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of brand marketing KPIs, CRMs and GDPR.

Job Summary - This position manages brand, creative and media research efforts in support of Farmers marketing strategy. - The role serves as a strategic thought partner and hands-on researcher in a high-visibility, high-impact role. - This role is does not have direct reports.
