• The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will help bring innovation to life across our portfolio through best-in-class new product launches. • Sitting on the Brand Marketing team, this position will play a critical role in shaping how new products show up in the market—ensuring launches are rooted in clear product storytelling, strong brand expression, and thoughtful go-to-market (GTM) strategy. • This role will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Creative, Marketing Activation, Media, and eCommerce, acting as the connective tissue across teams. • This position will lead launch strategy, will orchestrate the marketing content process, and champion social-first, consumer-centric execution that drives impact across channels, including DTC and Amazon.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required
- 9+ years of progressive brand, product, or integrated marketing experience required
- 3+ years leading multi-stakeholder initiatives or teams — either through direct people management or as the accountable lead driving cross-functional alignment and execution
- A brand-led marketer who understands how to balance storytelling, strategy, and performance.
- Experience translating complex products into clear, consumer-friendly narratives.
- Strong understanding of social-first marketing and influencer-driven content ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Amazon and eCommerce launch best practices
- Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate in matrixed organizations
- Highly organized, strategic, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
