• Own Full-Cycle Recruiting for High-Priority Roles. • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles and other specialized, critical-to-fill positions across MCE and its 25+ subsidiary companies. • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates in competitive, low-supply talent markets. • Create, maintain, and close job postings; craft compelling job advertisements tailored to attract sales professionals and candidates with niche industrial expertise. • Screen and evaluate candidates against role-specific qualifications with a sharp focus on sales competencies, industry background, and cultural fit then present qualified candidates to hiring managers with a clear, confident recommendation. • Build Strategy & Partnerships. • Partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to develop role-specific recruiting strategies, set expectations, and deliver results on tight timelines. • Partner with specialized recruiting agencies, sales talent networks, and industry associations to expand sourcing reach for the hardest-to-fill roles. • Stay current on recruiting trends, compensation benchmarks, and market intelligence specific to sales and technical industrial talent. • Own Onboarding & Compliance. • Manage the full onboarding workflow for new hires background checks, pre-employment testing, new employee orientation, file creation, and all required paperwork. • Ensure all hiring and onboarding practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a significant focus on sales and/or technical positions in a multi-site organization.
- Demonstrated success filling competitive, niche, or low-supply roles you know how to find people others can't.
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks especially for passive candidate outreach.
- Skilled in behavioral and competency-based interviewing with the ability to assess sales aptitude, drive, and industry fit.
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms; comfortable with data reporting and recruiting metrics.
- Highly organized and able to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload without losing quality or responsiveness.
- Strong communicator written, verbal, and in presentation comfortable interacting with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
