Graphic Designer – Performance Ads

• Produce banners for performance campaigns in social media channels; • Work on routine tasks such as localization, batch-production and exporting; • Work closely with the creative director and the art director. Collaborate on a daily basis with the social media manager; • Take active part in the creation of concepts and visual assets for ad campaigns; • Create work for high-profile brands from the online trading and crypto industry;

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or equivalent
  • Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools across the creative pipeline - LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) for ideation and copy, image generation tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, etc.), and AI video tools (Kling, Seedance, Veo, etc.) - with the ability to chain them together, generating a still image and then turning it into a simple animated/video creative
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (SM / SEM / Google Display / App Stores, etc.)
  • English language - fluent
  • Proven creative background with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to quickly juggle multiple projects of different magnitudes and deadlines
  • A proactive approach, evaluating creative trends and always on the lookout for the next best-converting banner
  • Experience producing Facebook/Meta ads for complex niche industries (e.g. finance or crypto), where testing dozens/hundreds of creatives is required to find what converts best
  • Technical know-how of Meta, TikTok, and Instagram ad specs and formats
  • Good understanding of metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS
  • Comfort with short-form video editing and motion basics for ad creatives (e.g. CapCut, After Effects basics)
  • Experience in batch production (tools like Bannersnack, Creatopy, or similar)
