Business System Analyst – Experienced

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements • Perform gap analysis and issue analysis to identify business needs and improvement opportunities • Translate and simplify business requirements into clear technical specifications • Design, document, and maintain business and system processes • Identify and design business and/or system improvement opportunities • Assist in the development of business cases for strategic initiatives • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables • Manage small to mid-sized projects and/or project tasks • Ensure technology solutions meet company standards and user requirements • Serve as liaison between business units and technical teams • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical resources
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of business analyst experience
- Proven experience supporting broad-impact, cross-functional systems
- Advanced skills in requirements elicitation for business processes and system functionality
- Advanced general analysis and gap analysis skills
- Experience generating multiple types of business and/or process documentation
- Experience identifying and designing business/system improvements
- Ability to coordinate and manage small-sized projects and tasks
