• Responsible for the design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs for the P&W Engine Health Management Services (EHM). • Provide direct support to the P&W Proprietary software web based ADEM (Advanced Diagnostics and Engine Monitoring) and background ADEM software applications. • Work in the P&W Engine Services Commercial Aftermarket organization as part of the Engine Diagnostics Engine Health Management and Data Services team. • Responsible for supporting the Commercial Engines Aftermarket Team. • Work Coordination with Server Developers and Database Managers for troubleshooting where necessary. • Generate reports to allow P&W Management to understand the engines performance across the globe. • Responsible for Large Scale Data Processing, manually or automatically.

• Develop strategic online media plans for clients. • Set up and structure Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts according to strategic plans and online media management best practices. • Monitor investments and performance metrics, such as ROI and budget allocation percentages, in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. • Execute monthly media budget payments and define investment splits for each strategy based on results. • Maintain partnership-level contact with Facebook and Google Ads agency teams to discuss and amplify their recommendations. • Prepare and present reports to clients.

• Prepare highly complex, customized commercial contracts in coordination with field sales • Advise sales on handling objections and exploring alternative contract structures • Translate process improvements into business terms for enhanced profitability • Lead collaboration with stakeholders for viable solutions supporting deal closures • Champion process efficiency and update contract policies and procedures • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Service, Marketing, and IT on contract matters

• Realizar análises cadastrais e transacionais de contas PF e PJ, identificando e sinalizando padrões ou tentativas de fraude em cartão (principalmente), Pix, boletos e transferências. • Conduzir investigações aprofundadas de denúncias e casos suspeitos, propondo soluções e documentando aprendizados. • Atuar em ferramentas antifraude, identificando oportunidades de ajuste de regras e automações, além de sugerir melhorias baseadas em dados. • Consolidar, acompanhar e garantir a evolução dos principais indicadores e métricas do setor, compartilhando resultados com o time e liderança. • Detectar e sinalizar anomalias, orientar o que deve ser reportado e garantir robustez nos controles. • Apoiar o desenvolvimento e onboarding de analistas juniores, compartilhando boas práticas e ajudando na organização das prioridades do time. • Propor e implementar melhorias em processos, políticas e fluxos, aproximando operação e objetivos estratégicos. • Gerenciar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente e facilitar a comunicação entre áreas de suporte. • Contribuir para o clima positivo e colaborativo do time e do Asaas.
