Creative Coordinator
Soar With Us
• Building and managing a consistent pipeline of high-quality UGC creators across multiple client accounts. • Identify new creator talent, vet creators against internal quality standards. • Coordinate creator onboarding and ensure access for Creative Strategists. • Play an essential role in producing high-performing creator campaigns. • Collaborate closely with TikTok Shop Managers and Creative Strategists. • Support the wider TikTok Shop team with administrative tasks and campaign coordination.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, affiliate marketing or a related field
- A strong understanding of TikTok and creator culture.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- A genuine interest in eCommerce, content creation and creator marketing.
- Experience using TikTok Creator Marketplace.
- Experience sourcing UGC creators or influencers.
- Experience working within TikTok Shop.
- Familiarity with creator platforms such as Insense.
- Previous agency experience.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing or creator commerce.
