• Teach online nursing students admitted at various entry points (for example, associate degree through doctoral). • Deliver online teaching content via Moodle online learning management platform (didactic and/or practicum content). • Problem-solve and provide course oversight maintain ongoing, professional, clear, and consistent communication with students, Course Coordinators, Program Directors, Associate Dean or Assistant Dean of Online Nursing, and others as necessary through various modalities including electronic email, telephone calls, text messages or virtual meetings. • Adhere to Regis College’s policy for faculty course presence, grading turnaround time, and student response time. • Maintain and attend required office hours. • Maintain expertise in online teaching methodologies. • Complete end-of-course evaluations. • Attend all Adjunct Faculty mandatory meetings called by Course Coordinator and others, as requested. • Complete midterm and final grade reports in a timely manner. • Provide students alternative learning experiences. • Hold group meetings, drop-ins, and study groups for students as needed. • Monitor student participation in courses. • Assist in connecting students with resources offered by the college.

Title: Grants Officer - Corporate and Foundation Giving Location: Weston MA United States Part time Under the direction of the Vice President of Institutional Advancement (IA) and in coordination with the Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations, the Grants Officer - Corporate & Foundations is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of private grant funding. This benefit-eligible part-time role is for approximately 24 hours per week. The IA team is responsible for all fund-raising activities related to the sustained growth of the organization. This role is responsible for prospect research, relationship support, proposal development, submission, and stewardship for corporate and foundation funders. This role serves as the primary driver of corporate and foundation grant activity and sponsorships and will work closely with faculty, academic leadership, and IA colleagues to develop competitive proposals aligned with institutional priorities. This role requires daily meetings, weekly letters, proposal and report writing, responsibility for meeting weekly deadlines and targets, and making phone calls, particularly prior to special events. Key Responsibilities Prospect Research & Pipeline Development - Identify, research, and qualify corporate and foundation funding opportunities aligned with institutional priorities; - Maintain and grow a portfolio of prospects and active funders; - Monitor funding cycles, guidelines, and trends. Proposal Development & Submission - Guide development of faculty and/or staff-led proposal teams; - Interpret and ensure compliance with funder guidelines (RFP/NoFO); - Support the writing, editing, and assembling proposals, LOIs, and sponsorship requests; - Support development of project narratives, timelines, and related materials; - Collaborate with Business Office on budgets and ensure compliance with guidelines; - Manage submission timelines and ensure accuracy and completeness. Relationship & Cultivation - Portfolio lead for corporate & foundation sponsors; - Support cultivation and stewardship activities led by IA team; - Participate in funder communications and meetings as appropriate; - Sponsorship outreach for institutional events including, but not limited to Giving Day, annual gala, Regis Women's Network and annual golf tournament. Post-Award Stewardship & Reporting - Work with project directors to track reporting deadlines and compliance requirements; - Support drafting and submitting interim and final reports; - Coordinate with program staff and Business Office on deliverables and financial reporting; - Maintain strong funder relationships through timely communication. Data & Systems Management - Maintain accurate records in Raiser's Edge (or CRM); - Track proposals, submissions, outcomes, and revenue projections; - Monitor outstanding proposals/sponsorship requests and follow up with funders. Collaboration & Structure - Works closely with part-time Director (strategic guidance, relationships); - Partners with faculty and program staff on proposal development; - Coordinates with IA team, Communications and Business offices.
