• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Licensing Department. • Ensuring compliance with state and federal licensing requirements for mortgage loan originators (MLOs). • Overseeing timely submission and maintenance of licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory filings through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). • Maintaining accurate licensing records and monitoring regulatory updates. • Supporting compliance with all applicable licensing requirements and assisting the Legal and Compliance Departments with research, reporting, and special projects as needed.

• Teach online nursing students admitted at various entry points (for example, associate degree through doctoral). • Deliver online teaching content via Moodle online learning management platform (didactic and/or practicum content). • Problem-solve and provide course oversight maintain ongoing, professional, clear, and consistent communication with students, Course Coordinators, Program Directors, Associate Dean or Assistant Dean of Online Nursing, and others as necessary through various modalities including electronic email, telephone calls, text messages or virtual meetings. • Adhere to Regis College’s policy for faculty course presence, grading turnaround time, and student response time. • Maintain and attend required office hours. • Maintain expertise in online teaching methodologies. • Complete end-of-course evaluations. • Attend all Adjunct Faculty mandatory meetings called by Course Coordinator and others, as requested. • Complete midterm and final grade reports in a timely manner. • Provide students alternative learning experiences. • Hold group meetings, drop-ins, and study groups for students as needed. • Monitor student participation in courses. • Assist in connecting students with resources offered by the college.

• Supports retention and degree completion by assisting learners to explore alternative funding options • Advises learners regarding eligibility criteria and application procedures for all available federal, state scholarships, as well as institutional financial assistance programs • Collaborates cross-functionally to process additional funding to cover a learner’s remaining gap balance • Provides financial resources regarding scholarships and private lending options • Provides ongoing updates regarding status of gap balance funding and/or disbursement details • Reviews learners’ documents and applications for accuracy and completeness to proceed with funding processing • Performs consistent and thorough audits of portfolio to ensure funding matches the general ledger postings • Participates in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise

• Assist in developing and implementing innovative programs to onboard, train, mentor, develop, engage, and retain the colleges collaborators • Provide consultation and support services in curriculum delivery, strategies, assessment, and technology • Facilitate faculty development and enhancement of teaching skills and knowledge • Design and implement programs to ensure institutional compliance with policies and best practices • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines • Identify training needs and coordinate with subject matter experts • Analyze problems/issues of diverse scope and determine solutions • Provide support for existing online faculty and professional development offerings • Maintain records to track and monitor faculty progress and participation
