• Support General Ledger processes and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; • Collaborate closely with finance and non‑finance teams, as well as external providers, to maintain and enhance shared processes, tools, and reporting activities; • Ensure adherence to company policies, internal and external audit requirements, and local regulatory standards; • Strengthen financial processes and internal controls through continuous improvement initiatives; • Participate in local, regional, and global finance projects as needed; • Act as an active advocate of the finance function within the organization; • Identify opportunities for process optimization and support ongoing improvements; • Depending on your experience, take part in transitioning finance, tax, or accounting processes from European entities to Poland and support their stabilization.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in finance or accounting;
  • Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA, CMA) are highly valued;
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with financial data and reporting tools;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages such as French, German, Italian, or Dutch are an advantage;
  • Experience working in an international environment and preferably within SSC/BSC structures;
  • Problem‑solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to propose improvements;
  • Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills;
  • Excellent organization, discipline, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment;

Role Description We are looking for a highly analytical person in the capacity of Tax Accountant.
