It covers over 60% of banking sector in Germany. Responsibilities - Manage and support enterprise file services environments (CIFS/SMB, NTFS), including troubleshooting, optimization, and migrations. - Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, with a focus on permissions, file share access, group management, and AD architecture. - Develop and enhance automation solutions using PowerShell and Automic (UC4) to improve operational efficiency. - Support migration, integration, and consolidation projects, particularly related to file services and access management. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide advanced troubleshooting in complex workplace infrastructure environments. Qualifications - Must have: - Senior-level expertise in File Services (CIFS/SMB, NTFS), including troubleshooting and migration activities. - Senior-level Active Directory knowledge, covering architecture, permissions, and group management. - Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience, including complex script libraries and reusable modules. - Intermediate or higher experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Automic (UC4) administration and support. - Proven experience working in on-premises enterprise environments and delivering migration or system integration projects. - Advanced proficiency in both German and English, B2 minimum. - Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes. - Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result. - Nice to have: - Certifications related to M365 services. - Experience working in highly customized enterprise environments with large automation frameworks. • Perform engineering design and analysis of substation projects for various clients within Canada and the US in the industrial space under the responsible charge of a Professional Engineer. • Support mutual success with both the clients and NEI by providing quality deliverables that are on time and within the defined budget. • Implement the NEI Quality Assurance Plan. • Train junior level engineers and designers in areas of physical design of electrical substations & BESS facilities. • Write technical go-bys and training documents. Assist with the creation and enforcement of technical standards across the department. • Consult regularly with the Team Lead on key decisions and activities. • Perform the review of detailed physical engineering for all aspects of electric power substations including multi-disciplinary coordination. • Prepare hand and computer-based calculations and models for physical designs. • Prepare a variety of documents and reports associated with projects including cost estimates, budget reports, and proposals for complex projects. • Manage deliverables and deadlines to ensure they are submitted on time for both internal QA/QC deadlines and external deadlines to client. • Ensure that client requirements, specifications, and expectations are being met.

• responsible for performing electrical power system modeling and analysis primarily for renewable facilities that encompass solar, wind, battery storage generation projects and substation design projects • Creates and develops quality studies and reports including but not limited to short circuit, reactive power/load flow, arc flash, dynamic, transient, harmonic (pre & post), interconnection compliance, ampacity, grounding, as well as other related studies and calculations • Assists with Client contacts and communication pertaining to specific assignments and meetings. • Maintain strong and responsive Company-Client relationships • Maintains a strong understanding and applications of applicable Codes and Standards • Maintains high ethical and professional standards • Attends conferences, training workshops, seminars, regular undergraduate, and graduate classes as appropriate for advancement and as required to maintain quality of work. • Attend safety training and follow safety rules and guidelines • May occasionally assist with performing equipment, control system, communications, troubleshooting, and relay field testing and start-up and commissioning services • Other job-related responsibilities as assigned • Secondary responsibilities may include checking and/or performing detailed design of all aspects of electrical power systems to include one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, control and relaying schematics, wiring diagrams, SCADA, conduit, and cable sizing/routing, grounding design, writing of equipment specifications, project and construction cost estimates, and project scheduling
