Role Description Our client is a trusted partner in the financial-banking sector in Germany, both in the public and private sectors who offers services for over 150,000 banking workstations and for more than 4,500 employees. It covers over 60% of banking sector in Germany. - Manage and support enterprise file services environments (CIFS/SMB, NTFS), including troubleshooting, optimization, and migrations. - Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, with a focus on permissions, file share access, group management, and AD architecture. - Develop and enhance automation solutions using PowerShell and Automic (UC4) to improve operational efficiency. - Support migration, integration, and consolidation projects, particularly related to file services and access management. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide advanced troubleshooting in complex workplace infrastructure environments. Qualifications - Must have: - Senior-level expertise in File Services (CIFS/SMB, NTFS), including troubleshooting and migration activities. - Senior-level Active Directory knowledge, covering architecture, permissions, and group management. - Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience, including complex script libraries and reusable modules. - Intermediate or higher experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Automic (UC4) administration and support. - Proven experience working in on-premises enterprise environments and delivering migration or system integration projects. - Advanced proficiency in both German and English, B2 minimum. - Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes. - Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result. - Nice to have: - Certifications related to M365 services. - Experience working in highly customized enterprise environments with large automation frameworks.
