Job Requirements
- Deep expertise in design systems and scalable product design
- Experience building, evolving, and governing design systems used across multiple teams, products, or business units
- Strong understanding of component architecture, design tokens, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency
- Ability to work comfortably with both designers and engineers
- Strong consulting and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at different levels of an organization
- Experience helping teams adopt and operationalize design systems
- Extensive experience using AI as part of your day-to-day practice and exploring how it changes design system creation and management
- Curiosity, pragmatism, and a bias toward action
- A portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
