Associate Principal Engineer – Delivery, System Analyst

• Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker. • Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case. • Support Build stream closure ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented; and relevant lessons learned/case studies are developed • Track and maintain RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and dependency logs; drive follow-ups with owners and escalate blockers early. • Assists in selecting and on-going management of vendors/suppliers for supporting selected projects. • Support detailed planning activities and creation of schedule for the assigned areas of delivery • Work with the technical delivery team, solution architects, vendors teams and ITIO teams to identify, document and manage all issues and risk that will affect the scope, time, cost and quality of the delivery • Partners closely with solution architects to ensure build activities align with target-state core banking architecture and design principles. • Support in managing all delivery dependency that are external to the managed scope and ensure day-to-day tracking of these dependencies and manage any impact of changes in dependencies • Ensure the delivery modules have a well-defined test strategy, test plan and schedule. • Manage all activities for testing from Unit, system, integration, migration, NFR. • Support the UAT testing • Align with the application owners and platform owners on the deployment schedules and approach and ensure all operation. • Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance. • Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards and best practices. • Reporting the status of all key metrics (eg: risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from inception through closure • Assisting the account management team in responding to new project requests. • Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarros offering.

Job Requirements

  • Total Experience: 9+ Years
  • Must have 5-8 years of relevant delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability managing large, complex, multi-functional build teams.
  • Must have direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs, with at least the last 2-3 engagements in this area, regional (APAC) delivery experience favorable
  • Must have Hands-on experience with Deposits Management Systems like Finacle.
  • Should have ability to operate independently with limited supervision in a transformation setting
  • Should have strong documentation skills and attention to detail; able to maintain accurate logs and artifacts.
  • Should be able to do stakeholder management and follow-through across bank and vendor teams.
  • Should have problem-solving mindset with ability to surface options and impacts.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Description BAE Systems' Digital Architecture Team (DAT) is seeking an experienced Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) professional versed in the philosophy and practice of MBSE. The DAT is responsible for developing modern software infrastructure for BAE ES Sector programs. This includes MBSE development and integration into the platform. BAE Systems is transitioning towards a Digital Enterprise (DE) where virtual and Cloud based networks and services are replacing traditional desktop applications and we are the premier team leading this change. As a MBSE subject matter expert (SME), this individual must have strong knowledge MBSE processes, practices, tools and related modeling languages and frameworks (e.g. SysML, UML, UAF, etc.) and understand how to build and apply models to solve complex technical problems. The candidate must also have the technical MBSE skills necessary to be capable of singularly and successfully leading a program in their total MBSE development activities. It is expected that this individual will work daily with the Systems Engineering teams, project design and development teams and the project management team to achieve program objectives. Internal to the MBE CG group itself, this individual is expected to be a significant contributor to the development of MBSE training materials, initiatives, and company MBSE best process and practices. Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical discipline. - Minimum 4+ years of practical experience applying MBSE principles and techniques to complex systems. - Demonstrated experience leading MBSE activities on a program. - Proficiency in SysML. - Solid understanding of systems engineering principles and processes. - Ability to create and maintain system models. - Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (if required by program).
