Job Details The Project Management Support role provides essential coordination, administrative oversight, and technical operational support to ensure new and established projects are planned effectively, delivered according to budget, and aligned with organizational standards. Acting as the assigned Project Manager in D365, this role ensures accurate project setup, financial & resource management, governance alignment, and seamless collaboration with Project/Program Leads. The role also supports opportunity management, proposal development, and financial tracking through RevX and related systems. Responsibilities - Project Management Support for new and established projects in D365. Serve as the assigned Project Manager in D365 for designated projects. - Coordination, monitoring and preparation of project controlling and reporting to relevant stakeholders, including the Project/Program Lead and Client where applicable. - Maintain accurate budget tracking and financial forecasting in coordination with the Project/Program Lead. Work in close cooperation with Project/Program Leads, and the Client where applicable, ensuring alignment on deliverables, budgets, and timelines. - Support the tracking and reporting of project management KPIs. - Resource management within D365 including resource forecasting within the project. Support the onboarding / offboarding of resources (internal and external) as instructed by the Project/Program Lead. - Manage project onboarding, including creating WBS and adding team members. Ensure accurate service line assignment and correct financial dimensions. - Provide guidance to operational teams on correct project time booking practices. - Perform project structure updates in D365, including work breakdown structures (WBS) request/creation/updates, ensuring assignment of correct service line (financial dimensions) and adjustments in D365 (subscriptions, unit items, etc) - Approval of timesheets, vendor invoices and client invoices ensuring correct allocation (following alignment with Project/Program Lead where required). Preparation of any information required to support the customer invoice can be issued on time e.g. activity log. - Create and maintain RevX opportunities for new projects and contract extensions. - Follow up on proposal status to maintain accurate and up-to-date RevX data. - Support the building of quotations in alignment with the Business and Commercial Leads. - Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of Statements of Work (SOWs). Assist Project/Program Leads with SOW updates and client discussions, particularly for smaller clients. - Training and mentoring of Project Management Support colleagues and sharing of best practices to ensure harmonized support across GCS projects. - The role requires adaptability and flexibility, depending on the project/program, and client specific adaptations are possible. Project Management Support are asked to ensure data integrity and compliance across D365, RevX, and related systems, and collaborate with operational teams for solution development and tool/process improvements. The employee agrees to take over other reasonable tasks that are corresponding with their abilities upon agreement with their Line Manager.
