Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience is mandatory; candidates must have worked directly inside HubSpot, not only with general CRM systems.
- At least 3 years of experience working on HubSpot projects.
- Project management experience coordinating clients, timelines, and deliverables.
- Advanced English level required, as this is a client-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.
- Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a variable workload.
- Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is nice to have.
- HubSpot certifications are nice to have.
- Working knowledge of Schema Markup is nice to have.
- Experience supporting marketing, sales, or operational projects within an agency or consulting environment is nice to have.
