• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives, applying customer insights and market intelligence to deliver solutions for current and future needs • Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand market share in the Food & Beverage sector, driving adoption of new products and applications through consultative selling and technical expertise • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and distributors, managing partnerships to ensure successful system sales and aftermarket growth • Leverage market insights and competitive intelligence to shape commercial strategies, position products effectively, and maintain a strong competitive advantage • Analyze business performance and maintain CRM data (e.g., Salesforce), including sales funnel management, customer profiles, and market trends to inform strategy and improve conversion rates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food science, food technology, chemical engineering, biology, chemistry, or business management
- Demonstrated experience in system or project sales within industrial or Food & Beverage markets (long-cycle, high-value projects) or biotech/pharma systems, including sales, business development, or account management in a B2B environment
- Proven Sales track record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales analysis
- Familiarity with capital equipment sales or complex solution selling in regulated industries (e.g., Food & Beverage, etc…)
