Role Description Jetson Home makes it easy for homeowners to replace their HVAC systems with modern heat pumps — fully online, instant quotes, no pressure. Our financing program is a core part of why customers choose us, and this role exists to own and evolve that entire ecosystem across five markets, four lender tiers, multiple government programs, and a future captive lending platform. The Consumer Financing Coordinator sits at the intersection of lender relationships, government programs, sales operations, and product development — keeping the financing process running smoothly for every customer while simultaneously helping build the next generation of Jetson's lending capabilities. - High-impact role at a company where financing is a competitive differentiator, not an afterthought - Direct exposure to captive lending program development — a rare opportunity at a company this stage - Collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment where your work is visible and your input is valued - Remote-first with a team spread across the US and Canada Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in consumer lending, financial services operations, or a related field - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple lender relationships and workflows simultaneously - Comfortable working across multiple markets and understanding that rules, programs, and processes differ by geography - Clear communicator — able to translate between financial/technical partners and internal sales and operations teams - Detail-oriented with a track record of catching errors before they become problems - Experience with modern tools, including AI, to automate and make your day more efficient. Requirements - Serve as a point of contact for Jetson's network of financing partners, including first-look lenders and waterfall providers - Monitor approval rates, funding timelines, and performance metrics across all lender tiers and flag anomalies early - Manage ongoing relationships with government and utility program administrators across all five markets: Go Green (CA), Renu/Westerra/Elevations (CO), Mass Save (MA), GJGNY/NYSERDA via Slipstream (NY), and CleanBC ESP (BC) - Stay current on program rule changes, funding availability, and new incentive opportunities across all markets - Manage the financing workflow from application submission through final funding, including the pre-installation financing verification step - Handle exceptions, escalations, and edge cases that arise during the customer financing process - Coordinate handoffs between the sales team, project coordinators, and lenders to ensure nothing falls through the cracks - Maintain and improve process documentation, including the multi-step financing flow from quote through final payment - Support the evaluation and launch of Jetson's future captive lending program, including vendor selection, program design, and rollout coordination - Help research new lending partners and government programs as Jetson expands into new markets - Contribute to the development of the four-tier financing waterfall — ensuring the customer experience across tiers feels seamless, not like a fallback - Track regulatory and compliance requirements across US and Canadian markets, flagging anything that affects how financing is offered or documented - Work closely with the engineering team on platform integrations — you won't write code, but you'll be the business owner defining requirements, testing flows, and coordinating launches - Partner with sales to train reps on financing options, approval likelihood, and how to present financing to customers effectively - Collaborate with operations on the pre-installation verification process to ensure financed jobs are funded before installation begins - Collaborate with the Rebates team as these financing offers are a complementary offering to our end consumers. As we aggressively scale our presence in 2026, you will spearhead the end-to-end activation of new territories—navigating the complexities of real estate transactions, assisting in securing essential local licensing, and managing the mission-critical "day zero" logistics. This role isn't just about opening doors; it's about building the operational foundation that allows our teams to hit the ground running from the moment the first orders come in.. You will lead the high-velocity execution (and creation) of our launch playbook, ensuring that initial inventory setups and site handovers are executed with precision and speed. While you’ll be the boots on the ground for expansion, your work is deeply integrated with Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure every new site is optimized for local demand and standards. You’ll be responsible for hitting aggressive OKRs tied to launch velocity and site readiness, turning a blank map into a thriving high-performing market.
