The Sr. Marketing Manager – Global Marketing is responsible for to lead performance-driven omnichannel marketing programs that accelerate brand awareness, demand generation, lead generation, and customer acquisition across global B2B markets. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Global Marketing and will play a critical part in shaping and executing strategies that drive measurable growth and engagement. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Global Marketing and is part of the Global Marketing team and will be fully remote in the US. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Drive full‑funnel growth and performance marketing, owning strategy and hands‑on execution to generate awareness, demand, qualified leads, and revenue. - Plan and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns across digital, paid media, email, content, events, and ABM with consistency and precision.. - Leverage digital, growth, and AI‑enabled marketing tools to enhance targeting, efficiency, and ROI while piloting new channels and technologies. - Lead cross‑functional go‑to‑market alignment with Product, Sales, and Commercial Operations to translate strategic priorities into measurable pipeline impact. - Use a data‑driven, test‑and‑learn approach to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ensure accountability against growth goals. Own marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting, defining and tracking KPIs such as reach, engagement, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue contribution. The essential requirements of the job include: - 8–10 years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record leading omnichannel and performance marketing programs from strategy through execution. - Deep digital marketing expertise across paid media, SEO/GEO, email, website optimization, content, and lead generation. - Highly data‑driven mindset, with strong proficiency in dashboard creation, funnel analytics, attribution modeling, and ROI‑based decision‑making. Strong continuous optimization experience, including A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, segmentation, and conversion‑rate optimization. - Hands‑on operator capable of managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. - Excellent communication skills, able to translate performance insights and complex data into clear strategic recommendations; eCommerce or growth‑marketing experience is a strong plus. The annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
