Marketing Coordinator – Contractor (PJ)

• Plan and manage the monthly marketing calendar, campaigns, social media, content and brand activations; • Coordinate freelancers and external partners, ensuring quality, deadlines and alignment with the brand identity; • Identify opportunities for content production; • Monitor social media indicators and metrics, proposing continuous improvements; • Map opportunities at events and strategic touchpoints; • Plan and execute tastings and promotional activities; • Work in partnership with the sales team; • Develop or coordinate institutional and commercial materials; • Build partnerships with influencers and other brands.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in coordinating marketing, branding or trade marketing activities;
  • Experience managing vendors and external partners;
  • Hands-on profile, organized, proactive and results-oriented;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail;
  • Resident of São Paulo;
  • Availability for occasional travel to Rio de Janeiro.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in marketing, commercial operations, DBS, or continuous improvement roles. - Hands-on experience with DBS fundamentals, including Daily Management, Kaizen, standard work, and problem solving. - Proven experience leading commercial or growth improvement initiatives with measurable business impact. - Experience deploying structured operating systems such as Policy Deployment, operating reviews, or similar methodologies. - Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams. Requirements - Ability to travel up to 30%, including domestic and international travel.
