Key Responsibilities - Provide product development and project management expertise for supplemental health products (Critical Illness/Cancer, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity). - Lead cross functional teams on complex projects to develop large/critical products; drive launch deliverables by working closely with key internal partners such as Pricing, Contracts, Operations, Technology, Training and Sales. - Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research. - Perform competitive analysis to develop and implement go-to-market plans, working with all departments to execute. - Establish product positioning and manage product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Required Qualifications - 8+ years of insurance product development and product management experience. - Demonstrated experience leading the development and implementation of insurance products from concept through launch. - Strong facilitation, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills. - Understanding of the U.S. Employee Benefits industry. - Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive initiatives with accountability. Preferred Qualifications - Supplemental Health product experience, including Critical Illness, Accident, Cancer, or Hospital Indemnity products. - Experience with a competitor in the supplemental health or voluntary benefits marketplace. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience leveraging AI solutions to improve product development, analysis, or operational effectiveness. - Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for business case development, competitive analysis, and executive presentations. The expected salary range for this position is $107,000 - $132,000 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives.
