Role Description TISTA Science and Technology is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our growing team. We invest in your learning and internal mobility so you can build a career that keeps advancing. - Produce executive-level dashboards and platform health reporting with high accuracy and consistency. - Monitor and manage incident workflows to proactively prevent SLA breaches. - Support agile delivery frameworks, including participation in daily scrums, sprint tracking, and Jira coordination. - Manage intake and request workflows within ServiceNow (RITMs, SCTASKs, ticket lifecycle oversight). - Coordinate Change Management activities, including preparation for and communication with Change Advisory Boards (CAB). - Generate recurring operational reporting from ServiceNow and related enterprise systems. - Maintain and report on certificate lifecycle management processes (e.g., Venafi or comparable tools). - Support and facilitate Communities of Practice through collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, newsletters, and workshops. - Prepare quarterly usage, performance, and trend reports for leadership review. - Serve as an effective liaison between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders. Qualifications - Technical proficiency required in ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting and data analysis), PowerPoint (executive presentation development), and Outlook. - Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies and enterprise IT governance structures. - Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. - Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent operational workflows. Requirements - ITIL Foundation certification or Agile certification (CSM preferred). - Experience supporting enterprise monitoring platforms (e.g., Splunk). - Familiarity with certificate lifecycle management tools such as Venafi. - Experience coordinating or supporting Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance processes. - Bachelor's Degree in Business discipline, or equivalent PLUS 10 Years of experience. - Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. - The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. • Ensures that programs, activities, and services needed to fulfill the service agreement are performed to meet AMR’s obligations. • Serves as primary staff liaison to assigned committees and assists them in executing their goals and objectives. • Committee responsibilities include scheduling/coordinating meetings, drafting agendas in collaboration with committee chair, taking minutes and following up on action items. • Manages all aspects of podcasts and webinars in coordination with committee chairs. • Manage Association website - update content, contribute to content creation, answer inquiries, ensure news/events and job board are updated; remove/hide outdated pages, monitor, and report on website analytics. • Manages all aspects of online member community – assisting users, troubleshooting, updating content, reviewing for accuracy, and other regular updates and maintenance as necessary. • Develop and foster partnerships with key association contacts, sponsors, and partnerships. • Manage association communications including print, online and social media platforms, recognizing and sharing content applicable to the association on a consistent schedule, monitor, report on analytics and implement strategies to maximize the association’s influence and reach. • Provide a high level of customer service and monitor and respond timely to all member inquiries and requests (phone, email, web form). • Provides conference support (pre, post and on-site) as assigned – manage speakers and sponsor programs, serve as staff liaison to program committee, create content for marketing materials, collect presentations, etc. • Work independently as an individual contributor requiring little supervision/oversight but also have the ability to work collaboratively internally and with volunteer leaders as a strong team player.

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of scientific programs: Manage timelines, milestones, risk mitigation, and cross‑team dependencies for multiple programs. • Partner closely with bioinformaticians, data scientists, clinical informaticians, software engineers, and other teams across the S2A platform to translate scientific goals into actionable development plans and ensure smooth delivery across the pipeline lifecycle. • Manage a high volume of concurrent bioinformatics projects: Oversee programs spanning pipeline development, algorithm updates, infrastructure modernization, and related computational initiatives. • Maintain clarity on priorities, resource constraints, and technical interdependencies while ensuring timely progress across different scientific domains and project maturity levels. • Translate scientific and technical strategy into executable project roadmaps: Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to convert high‑level scientific objectives into detailed, measurable project plans, including build requirements, stage gate decisions, release criteria, and communication frameworks across teams. • Support regulated bioinformatics releases: Coordinate verification and validation activities for updates to analysis pipelines, tooling, and reference data. • Develop or contribute to analytical validation plans, change control documentation, release notes, and other documentation for CLIA/CAP and other regulatory environments. • Build and refine workflows and processes to increase project execution efficiency: Continuously improve program management systems that support reproducibility, quality, and efficiency within bioinformatics. • Enhance processes for dependency tracking, cross‑team communication, decision logging, and standardized documentation across the Sample to Answer platform.
