Regional Sales – Bid Coordinator

LION

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers for new business and bid opportunities • Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business • Relay Voice of the Customer feedback to Product Management/Marketing team about their brand, products, and services. • Play a key role in building partnerships, alliances, and relationships with end users in your region • Partner closely with other departments and business units at LION to ensure overall customer success • Manage bid sites and bid emails • Manage and track activity in CRM (Salesforce) • Prepare bids and proposals to be submitted • Manage contract renewal dates • Assists in reviewing/advising and preparing appropriate documentation for bid modifications • Analyze potential risks that bids may pose to the organization • Report status of current bid processes to management • Maintains historical information on customer buying habits • Proactively act on marketing leads • Assist LTC National Sales with quotes and administrative tasks • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree desired, with accumulated years of experience taken into consideration.
  • Ability to build close connections with end-users, LION’s distribution channels and TotalCare team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relations skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software.
  • Technical skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic email and smartphone.
  • Proven skills as a sales support and business development resource.
  • Understanding of business acumen and budgeting/ forecasting processes preferred.
