• driving new business growth within an assigned vertical market • proactive outreach, prospecting, relationship development, and consultative selling • leveraging tools such as Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • identifying opportunities, managing outreach activity, and driving market growth
• MAM is responsible for all sales activities related to all PPE product categories. • Focus will be increasing market penetration/share of Tier 1 and Tier 2 fire departments in the US. • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. • Participates in joint forecasting and Sales and Operations Planning process with DSMs and distributors. • Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of sales and marketing activities. • Partner with marketing team regarding marketing programs and materials. • Play a key role in building strategic partnerships, alliances and relationships to expand core product lines or bring new product lines to the organization. • Manage and track sales activity in CRM (Salesforce). • Establish relationships with key contacts with Tier 1 and Tier 2 departments. • Coordinates the involvement of Company personnel including DSMs, Customer Sales & Support and Management resources in order to lead solution development efforts
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, and LinkedIn) into defined target segments and account lists • Consistently follow structured outreach campaigns to engage new contacts and generate interest • Maintain disciplined follow-up to maximize response rates and engagement • Engage prospects to assess fit, interest, and potential alignment with LION’s solutions • Ask targeted questions to understand basic needs, current state, and level of interest • Identify and qualify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target accounts • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers based on defined criteria • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects, including clear notes and relevant context • Maintain accuracy and organization within Salesforce to support pipeline visibility • Follow up on marketing-driven leads, campaigns, and outreach initiatives in a timely manner
• Develop new business within the assigned vertical by proactively identifying prospects • Leverage social selling techniques and nurture relationships through strategic outreach • Establish a strong presence in the vertical and educate the market on fire safety training • Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and provide insights • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and share relevant market trends
