• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects. • Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications. • Utilize digitalized estimation software for material take-offs. • Clarify project scope and expectations through client interactions. • Monitor project tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups. • Collaborate with US-based clients and procurement teams to ensure project standards and competitive pricing. • Maintain professional client relationships to support ongoing satisfaction and business growth. • Assist in documentation processes, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and supplier/vendor communications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail in analyzing construction drawings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD.
  • Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in cost estimation or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and any Estimation tool.
  • Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading.
  • Experience with US-based projects (Mandatory).
  • Knowledge of CSI MasterFormat or similar estimation standards.
