• Maximize product portfolio penetration into the existing install base • Maintains complete transparency of responsible Radiotherapy install base • Work with Area Sales Managers to design and implement upgrade paths for complete install base • Document upgrade projects for existing install base in salesforce • Update clinical usage report for each account into salesforce quarterly • Document quarterly upgrade status and strategy on complete install base • Actively work and promote regional meetings for your respective region • Become proficient in the On-Site Applications Training (OAT) Courses for Exactrac • Be a certified expert to assist customers with all aspects of elements • Be a certified expert to assist customers with Exactrac Case coverages • Provide focused support post installation for both elements and ExacTrac to ensure confidence and utilization in the product • Responsible for visiting all Brainlab Radiotherapy accounts in region a minimum three times per year • Become an expert on your RT install base • Liaison for RT peer to peer discussions • Lead Element software update installation for respective region as directed • Support the Regional Marketing Manager in acquiring information from RT sites needed for marketing projects and initiatives • Constantly communicates with Regional Marketing Manager providing feedback on product development based on market surveillance and communications with sales and customers • Responsible for meeting salesforce.com expectations regarding documentation of contacts, complaint handling and case management • Assist in Market Transparency through documentation in salesforce • Supports presales activities as Application Expert in presentations, evaluations, and customer meetings • Proficient in all aspects of quotebase and configuration of technology • Coordinates and or assist in on-site visitations of other customers at key centers • Assist sales and take responsibility for product demonstrations during site visits • Assists sales in the presentation when assistance is needed with key accounts • Focus on penetration of all radiotherapy/radiosurgery product into global top 300 target accounts • Responsible for timely completion of his/her own projects • Establishes close personal bond to all radiotherapy users within the region • Identify customers that are underutilizing installed applications • Provide data and set quantitative objectives and implement action plan • Facilitates publication of studies/presentations at congresses • Develop and manage install base for respective region and document activities and outcomes for install base • Assist in coordination of training course for respective region • Coordinates pre-sales training to prospective customers • Brainlab expert for responsible sales counterparts • Communicate in a courteous manner with all customers and their respective team members, company vendor reps, partners and other Brainlab employees • Set a professional example within the company
Job Requirements
- BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience
- Radiation Therapist (RTT) preferred but not required
- Dosimetry background preferred but not required
- Must be a road warrior, with a willingness and desire to travel constantly
- Documented success in prior positions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions
- Previous experience communicating with healthcare professionals
- Superior customer relations proficiency and experience working closely with clinical staff
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- High comfort level with software and technology, in general
