• Own all aspects of revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 • Serve as the company's primary subject matter expert on ASC 606 and ASC 340-40 • Oversee the Contracts organization responsible for reviewing signed customer agreements • Manage contract amendments, renewals, and modifications • Partner with Finance Transformation and Business Systems to improve quote-to-cash processes • Drive continuous improvement across contract processing, billing setup, revenue workflows, and reporting • Partner with Accounting Leadership on revenue integration planning for acquired businesses
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Deep expertise in ASC 606 and ASC 340-40
- Significant SaaS revenue accounting experience, including subscription and recurring revenue models
- Experience leading accounting or revenue operations teams
- Experience supporting acquisitions and external audits
- Strong operational and process orientation

Role Description The Senior Manager, Billings & Revenue FP&A will lead the financial planning and analysis of the Company’s recurring revenue base, with primary focus on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and billings. This is an Individual Contributor role that is integral to the overall topline forecasting process. - Lead the analysis, review, and reporting of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), including the reconciliation of ARR to recurring revenue to ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting. - Partner closely with the accounting team to evaluate actual billings against budget and plan and to explain key variances. - Review and validate the billings detail supporting ARR to confirm it is accurate, complete, and appropriate for use as a basis for forecasting. - Support the overall topline forecasting process across revenue and billings. - Prepare and present monthly ARR, billings, and recurring revenue results and KPIs to senior business leaders. - Analyze Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), partnering with the business to understand the drivers of recurring revenue movement. - Serve as a primary FP&A contact for ARR and billings matters, collaborating across Finance, Accounting, and the broader business to align reporting and forecasting assumptions. - Evaluate and implement process improvements across ARR and billings reporting, and complete various ad hoc analyses as required.
