Job Description

Revenue Operations Manager

Venn Strategies

• Build and lead the RevOps function end-to-end — defining strategy, standing up infrastructure, and driving execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance • Design and maintain executive-level dashboards that deliver real-time visibility into KPIs, pipeline health, and financial performance • Lead revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis, bringing rigor and predictability to go-to-market decision-making • Identify operational inefficiencies and independently implement automated workflows using ETL tools, AI-driven solutions, and process automation • Own the design, modeling, and analysis of compensation plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance outcomes • Drive pricing, profitability, and revenue optimization initiatives through data analysis and scenario modeling • Serve as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership — preparing board-ready presentations and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations • Establish and enforce data hygiene standards across systems to ensure accuracy and trust in reporting • Evaluate, implement, and manage the revenue tech stack as the business scales

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategic Finance, or GTM Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated experience building a RevOps function or practice — you've stood something up before, not just maintained it
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis and automation
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) to build dashboards and executive reporting
  • Strong command of ETL processes, data integration platforms, and modern analytics tooling
  • Deep fluency in SaaS metrics — ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and beyond
  • Excellent communication and influence skills; you can synthesize complexity for a CFO and roll up your sleeves with an SDR in the same day
  • High ownership mentality — comfortable being the sole expert in the room and making consequential decisions without a team beneath you
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and commission opportunities
  • Equity at Venn
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Healthcare FSA, HSA, and commuter benefits
  • Unlimited paid time off, paid sick time, NYSE company holidays, and a paid birthday off
  • The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup with a collaborative, high-impact team where every voice is valued and there are clear paths for growth and promotion
