Job Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in project management, program management, marketing operations, or integrated marketing
  • Experience working at a high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brand
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional launches and campaigns
  • Expertise with Asana, Monday, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp or similar platforms
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process from scratch
