• Collaborate with and support US project management team and CEO. • Manage operational and tactical aspects of various implementation projects. • Contribute to creation of Project Plans; define project timelines. • Effectively communicate plans, progress, and status/updates to stakeholders. • Document significant activities and decisions from meetings. • Prepare necessary presentation materials for customer meetings. • Undertake project tasks as required. • Ensure adherence to frameworks and maintain documentation in ERP. • Assess project risks and provide solutions. • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, action items, and accountability assignments.
Job Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in related telecom & general construction projects is a Must.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines on multiple active projects.
- Willing to work on Pacific US time (PST).

Role Description We are currently seeking a Project Manager to plan and manage projects to ensure that all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will use your interpersonal and leadership skills and must have an understanding of project financials to determine the necessary resources required for successful project execution. In addition, you will provide leadership to a multi-disciplined team, monitor project performance, and forecast revenue. - Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets for all project stages. - Develop a detailed work plan for all architectural and engineering disciplines, allocate hours to the work plan, and monitor project progress. - Lead an integrated team of architects and engineers in the quality assurance and quality control procedures for all deliverables, specifically the construction drawings and specifications. - Maintain a good understanding of the project scope and when changes to the scope occur, negotiate solutions to ensure outcomes meet client expectations and contractual obligations. - Coordinate with contractor, sub-consultants, or relevant building authorities to address and document issues with constructability or owner concerns. - Act as the primary liaison with the client, contractor, and project team and ensure close client relationships are maintained. Qualifications - Architectural or engineering systems design and presentation, M&E and structural building systems, permit and building code. - Registered with a relevant professional association is an asset. - Experience in strategic development, business development, project management, and client management is required. - Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and resourcefulness. - A strong understanding of project accounting is required in order to monitor project performance and forecast revenue. • Establish and lead a centralized PMO function, including frameworks, tools, and standards for project intake, prioritization, execution, and reporting. • Define and enforce project governance, including stage gates, documentation standards, risk management, and escalation protocols. • Build and maintain a portfolio view of all active initiatives, aligned to executive priorities and resource capacity. • Drive execution of internal, interdepartmental projects across IT, Network Operations, Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, and HR. • Partner with department leaders to define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics. • Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, ensuring accountability and forward momentum. • Standardize how “everyday” projects are defined, tracked, and delivered across the organization. • Develop and manage integrated program plans and timelines. • Track progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution. • Lead project management for acquisitions, including integration planning and execution across systems, people, and processes. • Coordinate integration workstreams (e.g., systems consolidation, network integration, payroll/HRIS alignment, customer migration, vendor rationalization). • Ensure tight coordination between technical and operational teams during integration phases. • Manages vendor relationships as needed to support program objectives, coordinate deliverables, and resolve issues. • Evaluate and implement PM tools and systems to support visibility, collaboration, and reporting. • Continuously refine PMO processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency. • Drive a culture of disciplined execution without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. • Work with our Operations team to help develop our internal project managers and construction project coordinators.
