Junior Project Coordinator

• Support PMs and the Program Manager with administrative tasks, documentation, and communication. • Assist in organizing and maintaining program/project records, reports, and other key documentation. • Help prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items. • Facilitate cross-team collaboration by liaising with different departments. • Provide general administrative support to ensure project workflows run smoothly. • Build and maintain small internal tools/scripts (e.g., data processing, dashboards, automations) to support PMO workflows.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in an IT field.
- Demonstrated technical/programming skills (must-have) via: Coursework or certifications, Personal / pet projects or contributions (e.g., GitHub portfolio).
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) and willingness to learn others technologies (like Copilot Studio, Power Automate, etc.) as needed.
- Experience or exposure to simple scripting/automation and basic data parsing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel—formulas, pivot tables).
- Good oral and written English skills (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including event sponsors, exhibitors, clients, vendors, and internal teams • Oversee the planning and execution of event features such as workshops, deals hubs, competitions, activations, and closed-door roundtable conferences • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them • Act as the central hub for coordinating efforts across various functional teams • Secure and manage venues, suppliers, and vendors • Establish regular meetings, status reports, and communication plans • Conduct post-event reviews to assess success metrics and gather feedback from stakeholders
