• Define and own GovConnect’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy • Position GovConnect as a trusted solution within the government and public-sector ecosystem • Lead public-sector sales strategy, pilot programs, and institutional partnerships • Navigate procurement processes, stakeholder alignment, and long sales cycles • Build strategic relationships with government entities, agencies, and municipalities • Work closely with product and technology teams to ensure the platform evolves in line with real institutional needs • Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and performance tracking • Ensure sustainable financial planning and scalable operating models • Build and lead the leadership team as the company grows • Represent GovConnect and the LetShare Group with partners, institutions, and investors
Job Requirements
- Founder-level leader with experience building or scaling B2B, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS companies
- Comfortable operating in complex, regulated environments and working closely with institutional stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in business leadership, growth, or commercial strategy
- Understanding of public-sector or enterprise procurement environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic, execution-driven mindset with long-term vision
- Willingness to take ownership and accountability at company level

• The intern would serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to CEO. • They also serve as a liaison to the senior members; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments. • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO. • Business and corporate strategic planning which shall include lead generation strategies, industry analysis, market research and strategy value assessment. • Work with business team for execution of all business strategy and requirements. • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. • You need to keep an eye on competition and ensure all decisions & strategies are aware of those happenings. • Work closely with Management and business analytics team to model, analyze, prepare and summarize information for company’s forecast and performance. • Work with HR team on any deadline being risked to be missed for any open position. Also, any input required from them in terms of strategy or direction should be noted and brought to attention of the CEO.
