Qualifications - 6+ years in business analysis, applied research, intelligence analysis, or geopolitical/economic analysis with strong commercial orientation. - Exposure to national‑security, intelligence, military, diplomatic, or regulated‑industry environments. - Strong academic and public writing portfolio; candidates must provide 2–3 published or sanitized samples. - Demonstrated OSINT proficiency and structured analytic techniques. - Evidence of deliberate, effective use of AI tools in research and writing workflows. - Management experience: hiring, mentoring, and leading analysts or small teams. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree strongly preferred. Preferred Skills - Familiarity with ERM frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO ERM, FAIR). - Experience in academic, think‑tank, or institutional research. - Experience launching or running subscription‑based intelligence or advisory products. - Experience supporting executive or board‑level audiences.
