Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Defined Contribution administration
- Deep knowledge of Defined Contribution admin and delivery models
- Knowledge of Defined Benefit admin is a plus

Role Description This position is contingent upon contract award. SOSi is seeking a Geospatial Solutions Architect to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities. Essential Job Duties: - The contractor shall design, implement, and maintain geospatial data visualization solutions that integrate with cloud-based platforms. - The contractor shall develop operational dashboards that leverage GIS tools such as ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, and open-source geospatial platforms. - The contractor shall optimize geospatial data layers for real-time analytics and cross-domain information sharing. - The contractor shall oversee the integration of geospatial AI/ML models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with mission requirements. - The contractor shall provide the Geospatial Data & Dashboard Integration Report, detailing geospatial system enhancements and user engagement metrics.
