Enterprise B2B Sales Development Representative – Fluent in Spanish

• Actively qualify new B2B leads across different international markets using email, phone, LinkedIn and other outbound prospecting tools. • Conduct in-depth research on accounts and decision-makers, personalizing outreach based on each company’s needs and challenges. • Pre-qualify leads according to the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. • Collaborate with Marketing to align strategies, contributing market insights and feedback on leads and campaigns. • Execute consistent and strategic follow-ups, maintaining active relationships until handoff to the closer. • Support brand authority through social selling, content and networking at industry events.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Experience with international markets or working with clients outside Brazil
  • Previous experience in B2B outbound prospecting and lead qualification within Inside Sales processes at technology companies
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel concepts, ICP, MQL/SQL/SAL and pipeline management
  • Practical knowledge of consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, GPCTBA or similar
  • Familiarity with automation and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, among others)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to the profile of the interlocutor
  • Organized, proactive and resilient, capable of handling objections and long prospecting cycles.
