Role Description Our innovative technology recruitment desk has an exceptional opportunity for a driven and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a pioneering SaaS company as their first outbound hire. This is a unique chance to shape and own the outbound sales strategy from inception, directly impacting the company's go-to-market success in a critical, regulated industry. If you are a master of outbound, thrive in dynamic startup environments, and possess a deep understanding of leveraging AI for sales efficiency, this role is designed for you. You will be instrumental in generating qualified pipeline and establishing presence within the US market. Duties & Responsibilities - Spearhead high-volume, structured outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings for the business development team. - Develop and own sophisticated multi-channel outreach strategies across phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage multiple stakeholders within target accounts. - Leverage advanced AI tools, including Claude.ai, for ICP research, personalized at-scale messaging, sequence copywriting, and call preparation. - Masterfully handle objections and pivot conversations in real-time, building rapid rapport with prospects in the healthcare, compliance, or regulated verticals. - Meticulously manage and optimize pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring every interaction is logged and tracked to inform strategic decisions. - Proactively identify and engage new market opportunities, adapting quickly to evolving processes and tools in a fast-paced startup setting. - Contribute to building and refining the outbound sales playbook, demonstrating ownership and a results-driven mentality. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a B2B SaaS SDR with a strong track record in the US market. - Demonstrated experience within the healthcare, compliance, or a similarly regulated vertical. - Quantifiable outbound results: specific metrics on meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion rates must be clearly presented. - Proficiency and depth in using HubSpot as a sales tool, not just for basic logging. - Daily, practical fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude.ai) for sales workflows, with specific examples of use cases. - Evidence of multithreading experience within target accounts. - A self-driven, adaptive mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and contributing to process evolution in a startup environment. - Demonstrated ownership mentality with a focus on personal achievements ('I did' statements). - Ability to provide 2-3 professional references who can attest to performance.
