• Make 150+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers across the United States. • Prospect through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities. • Identify and engage business owners and key decision-makers. • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and fit. • Schedule qualified meetings for the US sales team. • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth meeting handoffs. • Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and call reviews. • Consistently achieve activity and meeting-setting goals.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound sales experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable making 150+ outbound calls per day.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and coachable.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience selling into the US market is a strong plus.

• assist our Cloud Account Executives in acquiring contacts for prospecting efforts • research strategic accounts to guide account penetration • monitor inbound calls and chats to engage with prospective customers • complete enablement courses around selling Akamai products for your next steps as a SDR
• Building and owning target account lists • Running multichannel outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, and phone • Qualifying prospects against an agreed framework • Booking discovery calls for the account manager • Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot • Building our outbound playbook from scratch and documenting it
• Actively prospect leads in the technology / B2B SaaS segment across multiple channels (voice, video, audio, messaging) • Run structured cadences in Melhor Venda to connect and qualify • Qualify leads and feed the funnel in RD Station with rigor and speed • Reach 200 prospected leads per month with a 50% connection rate • Collaborate with the Closer team to ensure high-quality handoffs • Map opportunities, pain points, and decision-makers within prospects
