• Assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain dispenser equipment, including electrical and mechanical components. • Perform preventive and emergency repairs to ensure uptime and reliability. • Assist customers with proper use and maintenance of equipment. • Maintain service logs, equipment inventory, and ensure parts availability. • Coordinate with supervisor to plan efficient installation and service schedules. • Partner with Sales Representatives to build and maintain professional customer relationships. • Support product demand and service needs through timely, quality interactions. • Call in delivery orders as needed and respond promptly to customer requests — overnight travel may be required. • Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly service work. • Execute administrative duties including equipment ordering, expense reports, calibration tracking, and compliance documentation. • Follow all company policies, work procedures, and safety regulations. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Archicad • Support design coordination across architectural and engineering disciplines (Structure, MEP, Facade, Passive Fire, etc.) • Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues within BIM models • Produce accurate and well-structured documentation from BIM models • Collaborate closely with internal design teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability • Follow design briefs and project requirements with a high level of precision • Support project delivery by ensuring BIM models serve as a reliable “single source of truth” • Maintain model quality, consistency, and compliance with internal standards • Assist in improving BIM workflows and coordination processes where required • Manage documentation control and general project filing
