Role Description We are currently searching for a PeopleSoft Lead: - End-to-End Support: Provide comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support for PeopleSoft applications, ensuring timely incident and ticket resolution using Jira or similar tools. - Maintenance & Upgrades: Handle critical maintenance activities including the application of Oracle certificates, PeopleSoft (PS) updates, and Critical Patch Updates (CPU). Utilize Change Assistant (CA) to apply Oracle-delivered bug fixes. - Domain Administration: Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Application Servers, Process Schedulers, and Web Server Domains. Setup and manage clustering, load balancing, and failover mechanisms. - Migration & Environment Management: Manage project migrations using the STAT tool. Execute PeopleSoft environment refreshes (including File servers) and recreate App/Web/Process Scheduler domains. Create and maintain environment catalogs and related documentation. - Performance Tuning: Perform active performance tuning across application, web, and process scheduler servers. Assist with Oracle database backup management and database performance tuning. - Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Conduct in-depth PeopleSoft debugging, tracing, and troubleshooting across various cloud platforms. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Elasticsearch, including root cause analysis. - Integration & Security: Manage and support the Integration Broker (configuration and troubleshooting) and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations. Generate security access reports across various environments. - Technical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical teams to conduct impact analysis when patches/packages are applied and assist with development issues requiring Apps DBA or PeopleTools Metadata expertise. - System Health: Perform regular health checks (daily/weekly/monthly) to ensure the optimal health and stability of all instances. Qualifications - Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in PeopleSoft Administration, architecture, and support. - Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture (Application, Web, Process Scheduler servers). - Hands-on experience with Change Assistant (CA), STAT migration tool, and ticketing systems like Jira. - Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot Integration Broker and SSO. - Experience configuring and managing Elasticsearch within a PeopleSoft context. - Understanding of Oracle Database management, backup procedures, and performance tuning from an applications perspective. - Resilience, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to system health and maintenance. Requirements - Experience managing PeopleSoft environments deployed on modern Cloud platforms. - Deep knowledge of PeopleTools Metadata. - Advanced Oral English. - Advanced Spanish. The successful candidate will bring 4+ years of experience in Epic application management, with a strong track record in day-to-day operations, client stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional and offshore teams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Epic Willow Inpatient application workflows and configurations. - Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests per defined SLAs. - Monitor and manage error queues, label and printer issues, and pharmacy automation interfaces. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with dispensing cabinet/robot interfaces, including ID mapping, and perform root cause analysis on application issues. - Build and maintain inpatient pharmacy configurations within the Epic EHR environment, including medication order sets, formulary setup, dose checking rules, NDC billing builds, pharmacy charge maps, and 340b billing workflows. - Develop and maintain BPA/OPA alert builds to support clinical decision-making, manage medication loads (Medispan), and support medication build activities (IV mixtures, compounding, and repackaging). - Serve as a liaison with client stakeholders (hospital pharmacists, pharmacy operations, nurses, and physicians) and coordinate activities across Accenture, software vendors, and offshore support teams. - Maintain comprehensive system documentation (workflows, build specifications, testing protocols) and ensure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and medication safety standards.
