Role Description We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers as a trusted partner and problem-solver, blending strong relationship management with a growing understanding of ClickUp’s platform and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, contributing to long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement. TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You’ll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes. Qualifications - Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality. - Comfortable with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks. - Strong at workflow analysis for core, well-understood processes. - Strong project and time management for your account load. - Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI at the account level. - Executive presence and strong communication skills. - Accountable for day-to-day execution for your book of business. - Works cross-functionally with account teams, Product, and Sales to align on outcomes. Requirements - Support customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers. - Monitor adoption and account health within your book. - Collaborate with customers to understand key workflows and configure ClickUp solutions. - Guide customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation. - Use AI in your own day-to-day workflow to synthesize discovery and improve documentation quality. - Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows. - Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows. - Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value. - Identify expansion signals and pass qualified leads to the account team. - Partner with account teams, Product, and Services to maintain alignment. The Technical Field Advisor (TFA) provides on-site technical direction to customer-owned utility and industrial power plants for their Steam Turbine Generator System(s). The TFA is responsible for reviewing plant engineering documents and P&ID's, troubleshooting of plant systems and equipment, planning, organizing, integrating and direction of resources such as labor, tools and materials as required to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements. The primary responsibility of the TFA is to safely manage the maintenance and repair of the various equipment used in power generation applications. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our Steam Power vision and align with our organization's core values. This position is available remotely within the U.S. and expected to travel 80% annually. Travel will primarily be within the U.S. and Canada but may include international travel.
