You will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, enabling clients to send money effortlessly to over 25,000 locations in Mexico, Central, and South America. - Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of money transfer services. - Coordinate with over 1,000 agent locations across the USA and ensure seamless communication and operation with the payer network in Latin America. - Oversee the logistics of financial transactions to over 100 financial institutions, retail chains, convenience stores, and pharmacies. - Analyze and improve logistical processes related to pinless top-ups, cellular top-ups, and international bill payments. - Manage and lead logistics team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of services across more than 25,000 locations in Mexico, Central, and South America. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the financial services or money transfer industry. - Strong understanding of international logistics and regulatory compliance, particularly with respect to Latin American countries. - Proven track record of managing and optimizing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
