Senior Manager, Field Medical Affairs

• engage with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and investigators • serve as a trusted scientific resource and strategic partner • design and handle relationships with KOLs in Oncology • act as a primary clinical/scientific contact for HCPs and investigators • share medical insights to advise strategy and development plans • support clinical trial execution by identifying investigators and trial sites • collaborate on abstracts, posters, and manuscripts to communicate data • contribute to investigator-initiated study programs and research collaborations • attend medical congresses to gather and report competitive intelligence • partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Market Access

Job Requirements

  • at least 5 years of field medical or medical manager experience in biotech or pharma
  • strong background in oncology, ideally in immuno-oncology
  • drug launch experience and established KOL relationships are highly valued
  • solid knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research, and EU regulations
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to travel up to 70%
