People Coordinator – Team Member Relations

• Experience different roles within the fascinating and diverse People function throughout three (3) to four (4) rotations lasting nine (9) to twelve (12) months each, building your knowledge and capabilities of multiple facets within People operations • Serve as a primary intake point for TMR concerns and inquiries from managers and team members, including receiving and documenting concerns, gathering initial information, and ensuring inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner • Conduct initial triage of incoming concerns, assessing complexity, risk level, policy implications, and urgency to determine whether the matter requires escalation • Provide general guidance on policies, processes, and next steps while ensuring alignment with company practices for basic inquiries and lower-complexity concerns • Maintain accurate documentation within the case management system and ensure all relevant information is recorded in a clear, consistent, and timely manner • Provide general administrative and operational support across all TMR areas, including program and initiative coordination, training logistics, material preparation, internal resource maintenance, case support, and other day-to-day administrative needs • Serve as a liaison between Legal and HR teams for documentation, coordination, and related administrative items
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; professional experience may be substituted
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience working in a customer-facing environment; experience working in People or administrative functions preferred
- Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative and has a genuine curiosity and propensity to learn
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle information on a need-to-know basis, ensuring compliance with company policies, data privacy expectations, and secure record handling practices
- Possess a sincere interest in pursuing or deepening a career in a People function related role
- Highly motivated and action oriented with demonstrated ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines
