Senior People Business Partner

• Serve as an advisor and hands-on partner to leadership teams, aligning people strategies with business objectives. • Shape the employee lifecycle, including performance management and leadership coaching. • Provide real-time problem-solving for management challenges. • Support managers in identifying performance gaps and executing the Performance Review cycle. • Partner in designing leadership development programs and managing external training vendors. • Lead Employee Experience Surveys, translate data into reports and actionable strategies. • Drive action planning process for Employee Experience Survey feedback. • Serve as the primary mediator for interpersonal conflicts and lead workplace investigations. • Maintain and interpret company policies, providing guidance on ER cases.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a dedicated HRBP or equivalent role.
- People-First Advocate: You lead with empathy and intuition.
- Coaching Prowess: Proven track record of influencing and coaching first-time and mid-level managers.
- Employee Relations Expert: Extensive experience managing a full range of workplace dynamics.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with HRIS and anecdotal data.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership Influencer: Experience working directly with leaders to influence organizational structure and behavior.
- Project Management: Ability to manage large-scale processes like annual performance reviews.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.

Role Description As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our People Operations team working across both our People Services and L&D team and providing ad hoc support to our TA teams as well. You are responsible for providing a high level of service to our internal customers. The team oversees the employee & associate journey at Healios from onboarding, compliance, learning & development operations, contract changes and offboarding. - Provide advice to employees and managers on our HR systems, L&D, policies and processes. - Own the People and L&D knowledge centre pages to help improve access to information and self-serve approach. - Work closely with Senior People Specialists to provide support to managers and employees. - Lead on various people initiatives, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on areas such as: - Learning & development - Governance and compliance requirements - Benefits administration - Improving systems and processes - Collating people metrics and data to drive decisions Qualifications - Experience working within healthcare compliance, including management and verification of DBS checks, professional clinical registrations, employment references, right-to-work documentation, and other pre-employment requirements. - A good understanding of the employee lifecycle and associated processes. - Understanding of employment law and HR and L&D policies and processes. - Previous experience of working with People systems (ideally Hibob), reporting and data analytics. - Ability to lead on projects and initiatives working with cross-functional teams. - Real passion for supporting people to improve their lives. - A desire to become part of a collaborative environment and share knowledge and learning for the benefit of all. - A curious mind-set that underpins your continuous drive to challenge the status quo for achieving better outcomes. - Well-developed skills in effective communication, both orally and in writing, of complex, highly technical and/or clinically sensitive information. - Flexibility to support our mission of bringing healthcare to anyone, anytime, anywhere. - A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children. - A professional home working environment with a minimum of 2 mbps up and download speed.
