Role Description The Vice President, Market Strategy and Analytics will contribute to the achievement of organizational growth goals and objectives by directing the day-to-day activities of direct reports providing detailed statistical and analytical expertise. Provides input to and assists with strategic planning and other related initiatives including managing and facilitating the data/analytics process for regions throughout the organization. Collaborates with Finance and Strategy teams to analyze market trends and develop business analytics to meet organizational goals for treatment growth. Reports on actual performance against plan highlighting areas of over and underperformance. Utilizes existing data analytics and builds new tools to assess enterprise opportunities for investment and growth. Provides leadership in formulating, representing, and implementing, at the enterprise level, the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable - Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience in data/analytics, marketing and growth, and/or senior management within healthcare, preferably the dialysis segment - Strong written and oral presentation skills - Ability to work independently and strategically to assess market conditions - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other equivalent strongly preferred Requirements - Leads the analytical process collaborating with the Finance and Strategy teams and the Operations and Growth teams to review strategy, considering updated practice and marketing information - Manages the team responsible for internal and external data analytics, and for tracking performance across the operating groups - Prepares feasibility reports, competitive demographic analyses, Profit & Loss forecasts, etc. and works with the Finance team to support the forecasting and budgeting process for treatment growth - Assists in the overall market and demographic analysis of growth opportunities and new projects within the various Operations regions - Ensures continuous department/team effectiveness by providing guidance, training and subject matter expertise - Provides informal feedback to staff on an ongoing basis and formal feedback in the form of the annual performance evaluation process - Manages staffing through hiring, firing and disciplinary actions - Responsible for developing long-term data/analytics strategy and plan - Develops relationships and communications with Group Vice Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, Directors Operation/Area Managers, and Managed Care Departments to support strategic initiatives within the organization - Establishes local mission oriented, decision-making processes - Reviews and analyzes financial statements and other related financial/analytics materials when necessary Company Description Fresenius Medical Care is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, parental status, national origin, age, disability, military service, or other non-merit-based factors.

Role Description Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory and Compliance (“AGC”) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving a risk-based global compliance program that aligns with the Company’s business strategy and values. As a key member of the legal leadership team, the AGC will work closely with the CLO, other senior executives, and cross-functional partners to integrate compliance into all aspects of Revance’s operations and also manage a small compliance team.
