Role Description As a valued member of the Beneficiary Support Team, you’ll be a steady, compassionate presence for individuals navigating sensitive life transitions. You’ll serve as a trusted guide—answering questions, offering reassurance, and walking beneficiaries through their available options with care and clarity. - Manage a consistent volume of inbound calls - Provide resolutions and communicate important information - Navigate multiple systems while maintaining grace under pressure - Perform back-office duties, such as processing claims and filing paperwork Your role is rooted in empathy, communication, and professionalism. You’re not just answering phones; you’re helping people find peace and understanding during some of their most vulnerable moments.
