• Lead the internal company field offices for the company external annual audits • Develop and maintain the audit plan to the completion of deliverables • Review and analyze the audit response documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submitting them to the external auditors • Coordinate and run meetings with internal audit staff and external auditors • Respond to all external auditor’s questions and requests timely • Provide training for field office accounting staff to improve the audit process • Implement and support year end close process by working with BU accounting staff to meet audit standards • Coordinate with external auditors and business units accounting team to meet the audit deadlines • Build effective relationships and work closely with audit stakeholders across company • Coordinate with company’s insurance broker to complete business insurance applications and other requested documentation within the deadline • Act as insurance contact for company’s employees throughout the year to answer questions or provide documentation as requested • Work closely with the Controller and Assistant Controller for special ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus)
- 3+ Public Accounting Experience (Big 4 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting
- Strong organization and project management skills required
- Knowledge of ERP financial system is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and be able to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Role Description Di Rezze Family Office is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Senior Staff Accountant to serve as the internal financial backbone across all entities. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role working closely with the principal team, our tax CPA, outside counsel, and operations leads. - Full-cycle bookkeeping across all entities on a shared platform, coded accurately by entity. - Monthly bank and card reconciliations to zero before any reporting or disbursements. - Accounts Payable, intercompany transfers, loans, distributions, and eliminations. - Investment and alternative-asset activity capital calls, distributions, and wire/ACH credits requiring description-level classification; audit-ready records for custodied and held-away positions. - Construction draw and pay-application tracking against the schedule of values. - End-to-end payroll via Paychex setup, cycles, employee records, discrepancies. - Reporting: weekly cash position ahead of principal meetings, month-to-date spend by entity with anomalies flagged, monthly close package, and quarter-end CPA support.
