Role Description Di Rezze Family Office is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Senior Staff Accountant to serve as the internal financial backbone across all entities. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role working closely with the principal team, our tax CPA, outside counsel, and operations leads. - Full-cycle bookkeeping across all entities on a shared platform, coded accurately by entity. - Monthly bank and card reconciliations to zero before any reporting or disbursements. - Accounts Payable, intercompany transfers, loans, distributions, and eliminations. - Investment and alternative-asset activity capital calls, distributions, and wire/ACH credits requiring description-level classification; audit-ready records for custodied and held-away positions. - Construction draw and pay-application tracking against the schedule of values. - End-to-end payroll via Paychex setup, cycles, employee records, discrepancies. - Reporting: weekly cash position ahead of principal meetings, month-to-date spend by entity with anomalies flagged, monthly close package, and quarter-end CPA support. Qualifications - 5+ years bookkeeping or staff accounting, ideally in family office or multi-entity LLC. - Strong multi-entity and intercompany mechanics. - Expert in Excel: pivot tables, multi-tab reconciliation, platform exports. - Comfort classifying messy, real-world transaction data. - Paychex experience, owned end-to-end. - Meticulous, deadline-driven, discreet. - Familiar with investment accounting specialist. - Should be a Certified Public Accountant. - Prior experience at a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm. Preferred - Basic investment accounting (capital calls, K-1 timing, waterfalls). - Construction draw / AIA pay-application tracking. - Accounting or Finance degree; CB/CPB a plus, not required. Role Description As Figment's Senior Accountant, Crypto, you'll own a broad range of responsibilities across our crypto accounting function, spanning digital asset revenue recognition, subledger integrity, and financial reporting across a multi-entity, multi-chain environment. This is a high-impact role focused on accelerating month-end close, driving AI-assisted automation, and ensuring audit-ready reporting as Figment's on-chain footprint grows. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with crypto-native accounting workflows and a strong foundation in accounting. How you will make an impact - Own key digital assets month-end close activities across multiple Figment entities, including crypto subledger reconciliations per entity, wallet reconciliations, and management reporting deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate close. - Investigate on-chain transactions and ensure all digital asset activity is accurately measured, classified, and recognized in accordance with applicable accounting standards. - Drive AI-assisted automation across month-end close, including journal entry preparation and posting, reconciliation workflows, and per-chain analytics, applying sound accounting judgment to AI-generated outputs. - Build and maintain granular management reporting, providing leadership with clear visibility into digital asset activity and key performance trends. - Partner with Treasury, FP&A, Protocol, Data Science, and Risk teams to onboard new protocols, validate month-end data, and resolve discrepancies across the crypto accounting pipeline. - Prepare accounting memos and audit-ready documentation, support financial statements and tax audits, including walkthroughs of crypto accounting processes. - Support new product launches, accounts receivable function, entity-level reporting, and other crypto accounting projects and initiatives as Figment continues to scale.
