Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, related field or equivalent work experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in global recruiting, with a focus on demonstrated success.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and techniques to enhance hiring effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Greenhouse and UKG Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline processes.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
- Experience in building and maintaining a positive employer brand to attract top talent.
